The hotel complex is centrally located in Arenal. The long sandy beach is about 450 m away. Restaurants, bars, shops, and entertainment venues are within walking distance.

Facilities

The modern adults-only hotel in a quiet location has 170 rooms spread over 13 floors. It offers a large lobby with a Mediterranean design, a 24-hour reception, 3 elevators, a buffet restaurant, a bar, and a TV room. The outdoor area features a large pool with an adjoining sun terrace, sun loungers, and umbrellas. On the top floor, the hotel's highlight awaits: a stylishly designed chill-out sun deck with an additional pool and sky bar, offering unique views of the Bay of Palma.

Double Room

The rooms are bright and tastefully furnished with a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, telephone, TV, safety deposit box (rental), and a balcony or terrace (room size approx. 16 sqm, room code: D).
Sea view can be booked at an additional cost (DM).

Single Room

The single rooms have the same amenities as the double rooms but are slightly smaller (room size approx. 14 sqm, E).

Superior Double Room Sea View

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these rooms are located on the upper floors and additionally feature a mini-fridge (DMU).

Breakfast/Half Board

Buffet breakfast and dinner with cold and hot dishes and show cooking. Several theme nights are also held weekly.
Appropriate attire is requested for meals.

Destination information

A tourism tax, similar to a visitor's tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (1.11.-30.4.), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the booking applicant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from schauinsland-reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
