The complex is built in a Mediterranean style and features 113 residential units spread over 3 floors and 3 buildings. Facilities include a 24-hour reception, 3 lifts, a bar-lounge, and a restaurant. In the outdoor area, there is a swimming pool, a sun terrace with loungers and parasols (included), as well as a pool bar.

Destination information

A tourist tax, comparable to a local visitor's tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, this is € 2.20-4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person for those aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (1.11.-30.4.), the tax is reduced by 75%.
