The approximately 2,500 sqm outdoor area is terraced and built directly over the sea, featuring a saltwater panorama pool (18+). The hotel's Seaside Pool (saltwater) offers swimming fun for guests of all ages. Relaxation is guaranteed on the sun terrace with numerous loungers, Bali beds, and sunshades. The Sky Pool on the rooftop is accessible to adults and invites you to relax and dream. Here, you can retreat to a Bali bed and enjoy the spectacular views of the pine forest, mountains, and the Mediterranean Sea.

Double Room Superior Sea View

With the same amenities as the Double Rooms with sea view, these are also more spacious (room size approx. 27sqm, room code: DMU). Also available for single occupancy (DEV).

Junior Suite Sea View

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these additionally offer a sofa bed and a Nespresso coffee machine (room size approx. 32sqm, room code: J2M).

Premium Pool Suite

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these are more spacious and additionally feature a daily replenished minibar, a freestanding bathtub, and a king-size bed. Furthermore, most Premium Pool Suites offer a large terrace. (Room size approx. 40sqm, room code: PPO). Available at an extra charge also with sea view (SSV).

Breakfast buffet with a separate area for lactose-free options (please register at reception upon arrival) and diet products, late riser breakfast until 10:30 am. Destination information

A tourist tax, similar to a city tax, must be paid by the guest locally.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (1.11.-30.4.), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not permitted. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not legal guardians, the booking applicant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from schauinsland-reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
