The approximately 2,500 m² outdoor area is terraced and laid out directly above the sea, featuring a saltwater panoramic pool (for guests aged 18 and over). The hotel's seaside pool (saltwater) offers bathing fun for guests of all ages. Relaxation is guaranteed on the sun terrace, equipped with numerous sun loungers, Bali beds, and parasols. The rooftop Sky Pool is accessible to adults and invites you to linger and dream (reservation required for a fee). Here, you can retreat to a Balinese bed and enjoy the spectacular view of the pine forest, the mountains, and the Mediterranean Sea.

Equipped with a renovated bathroom/shower/WC, telephone, minibar, satellite TV (German channels), safe, parquet floor, air conditioning (central), hairdryer, bathrobe, pillow menu, and balcony (room size approx. 20 m², room code: D). Also available at an extra charge with partial sea view (DMS) or direct sea view (DM), and for single use (DE, DES, DEM).

Double room Superior Sea View

Same facilities as the Double rooms with sea view, but more spacious (room size approx. 27 m², room code: DMU). Also bookable for single use (DEV).

Junior Suite Sea View

Same facilities as the Double rooms, with an additional sofa bed and a Nespresso coffee machine (room size approx. 32 m², room code: J2M).

Premium Pool Suite

Same facilities as the Double rooms, but more spacious and additionally featuring a daily replenished minibar, a freestanding bathtub, and a king-size bed. Most Premium Pool Suites also offer a large terrace. (Room size approx. 40 m², room code: PPO). Also bookable with sea view (SSV) for an extra charge.

Breakfast buffet with a separate area for lactose-free food (please register at reception upon arrival) and diet products; late-riser breakfast until 10:30 a.m. For all guests who want to be woken by the sun and start the day slowly, the hotel offers the option to enjoy breakfast in the room for a small extra charge. Destination information

A tourism tax, comparable to a local visitor's tax, must be paid by the guest on-site.
Depending on the hotel category, it amounts to €2.20-4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person for those aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (1.11.-30.4.), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the person making the booking is obliged to inquire about any additional conditions applicable via Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
