Destination information

A tourist tax, comparable to a local visitor's tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it amounts to € 2.20–4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (Nov 1–April 30), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Minors traveling alone are not permitted. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the person making the booking is obliged to inquire with Schauinsland-Reisen or their travel agency about any additional applicable conditions before completing the booking.
