Location

The hotel is located in the heart of the resort town of Cala Ratjada. Various shopping and entertainment venues, as well as well-known bars and restaurants, are in the immediate vicinity. Cala Gat, the nearest bay with a fine sandy beach, is approximately 750 m away.

Facilities

The family-run hotel consists of 2 buildings, each with 3 floors. The main building offers 41 rooms, a small lobby with reception (staffed from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM), a common room, a restaurant with an outdoor terrace, and a bar. The second building features 10 apartments and 8 studios. In the outdoor area of the main building, there is a pool with an attached sun terrace, as well as sun loungers and parasols.

Destination information

A tourism tax, comparable to a local visitor's tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it amounts to € 2.20-4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person for those aged 16 and over.
