The adults-only hotel offers 86 rooms on six floors, a lobby with reception and seating areas, a lift, the bar "Es Vermut" with an outdoor terrace facing the sea where you can enjoy a delicious drink, and the restaurant "Es Mirador" with an outdoor terrace and sea view. The outdoor area features a large pool, a saltwater infinity pool with relaxing water jets, and a sun terrace with loung loungers and parasols, inviting you to linger and relax with its direct sea view.

Double Room

Comfortably and modernly equipped with shower/WC, an LED satellite TV with music channel, a telephone, air conditioning, a hairdryer, a cosmetic mirror, bathrobes, a rental safe, a minibar (for a fee), coffee and tea making facilities, and a balcony (D).
For an additional charge, these can also be booked with a side sea view (DMS), for single occupancy (DE/DES), or with a whirlpool (DJW).

Double Room Superior Side Sea View

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these are located on the upper floors and offer bathrobes and slippers as well as a side sea view (D2S).
For an additional charge, these can also be booked for single occupancy (1SD) or with a direct sea view (DSM, DEV).

Junior Suite Sea View

With the same amenities as the double rooms with side sea view, these are more spacious and offer a Nespresso machine (capsules free of charge), a safe, welcome drinks in the minibar, and a whirlpool on the furnished balcony or terrace, as well as a direct sea view. Additionally, a 10% discount on treatments at the spa (J2M).

Additional Information

A tourism tax, similar to a tourist tax, is payable locally by the guest.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
During the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Solo travelers under 18 are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the booking applicant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
