The popular Cala Agulla beach is approx. 1.2 km away, and Son Moll beach is approx. 800 m away. The center of Cala Ratjada with many shops, well-known bars, discotheques, and restaurants as well as trendy locations like “Chocolate” can be easily reached on foot.

The popular hotel offers 119 rooms on 4 floors, a modern lobby with a reception that is available upon arrival and at any time for questions and recommendations. Furthermore, the hotel has 2 elevators, a modern buffet restaurant with an outdoor terrace, and an outdoor area with a small pool with loungers and umbrellas. The hotel's facilities also include a cool pool bar where you can enjoy a delicious drink in a relaxed atmosphere. Additional Note

A tourism tax, comparable to a spa tax, is to be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the fee is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the fee is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not legal guardians, the booking registrant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from schauinsland-reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
