A family resort completely redesigned and extensively remodeled in winter 2023/24, featuring 656 renovated and comfortable suites spread across 3 floors and 24 residential blocks. The 3 spacious courtyards house a swimming pool landscape, a splash pool, and a water park with various exciting water slides (2 of which have size restrictions). The use of this largest water park within a hotel on the Balearic Islands is included for hotel guests. Sun loungers and parasols are included in all pool areas. In a designated section of the complex is the exclusive MAGNUS area with its own restaurant. The rest of the hotel complex offers a spacious lobby with a reception area, a cozy seating area, a buffet restaurant, McKevitt's Sports Bar à la carte (not included in All-Inclusive; for guests in MAGNUS rooms with a stay of 7 nights or more, one dinner per 7-night stay is included. All guests receive a 20% discount on drinks), and a pool/snack bar.

Completely renovated and modernly furnished, consisting of a combined living/sleeping area with 2 sofa beds and a separate bedroom. Equipped with shower, WC, hairdryer, minibar (for a fee), air conditioning, TV, and rental safe. Balcony or terrace (approx. 30m², code S2). Also bookable with pool view (POS) or as a Suite Baby with equipment suitable for babies and toddlers (OBX).
Can also be booked for single use at an extra charge (S1).

With the same features as the suites, these are located in the exclusive MAGNUS area and are additionally equipped with a PlayStation®5 console (games and controllers available against a deposit at reception), a Nespresso® capsule coffee machine, and bathrobes and slippers (MF2).

Destination information

A tourist tax, comparable to a spa tax, is to be paid by the guest on-site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is € 2.20 - 4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (Nov 1st - Apr 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not legal guardians, the person registering the trip is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions via Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
