The spacious complex, built in Mediterranean style, is fully air-conditioned and has 252 rooms spread across 5 buildings, each with two floors. The comfort hotel of the Zafiro chain offers space for a perfect family holiday for young and old. Attractive facilities include a welcoming lobby with reception, courtesy room and luggage room, seating areas, as well as a bar and a restaurant. In the extensive garden area, there is a large swimming pool with a children's pool, a sun terrace with loungers and sunshades, a pool bar, and an adults-only area (18+) with Balinese sun loungers, where you can retreat and simply lose track of time.

The comfortable and tastefully furnished rooms leave nothing to be desired. They offer bath/shower/WC, air conditioning/heating, telephone, rental safe, kitchenette, refrigerator, satellite TV with music channel, hairdryer, as well as a balcony and pool view. Room code: S12

One Bedroom Suite

With the same amenities as the studios, these also feature a combined living/bedroom with a kitchenette (microwave, toaster, kettle). Room code: OB2.
Also available at an extra charge with pool view (ZOP).
At an extra charge, these are also available with a private whirlpool (IR4), a private garden (PGS), or as a Swim Up Suite (TSW) with direct pool access. These rooms can be booked with children aged 6 and over.

National alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as cocktails and mixed drinks, from approx. 10:30 AM to 11:30 PM. Ice cream specialties, fruit, yogurt, cakes, and sandwiches from 10:30 AM to 11:30 PM.

Additional information

A tourism tax, similar to a tourist tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not legal guardians, the booking applicant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before finalizing the booking.
