Location

The appealing holiday hotel is located directly on the sea. The beautiful Son Baulo bay with its dunes and pine forests is part of the protected landscape area of "Son Real". Various shops, bars, and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. The center of Can Picafort is approximately 800 m away along the beach promenade. A mini-train stop is located directly at the hotel.

Additional information

A tourist tax, comparable to a spa tax, is to be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Minors traveling alone are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the booking applicant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from schauinsland-reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
