The small, family-run hotel was extensively renovated a few years ago and consists of several buildings. It offers 40 comfortable units and a welcoming lobby. The outdoor area features several swimming pools surrounded by a sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas, as well as a cozy seating terrace for relaxation.

With otherwise the same amenities as the studios, the apartments are more spacious (approx. 45m²). They are located in the annex building, separated only by a quiet street. Valid for bookings arriving from May 15, 2026. Room code: A12

Superior Apartment

These bright, modern apartments are approx. 55m² and feature a living/sleeping area, a separate bedroom, and are equipped with a shower/WC, air conditioning/heating, hairdryer, TV, safe, fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, juicer, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, and kitchenware) and balcony/terrace (A2U).

Destination Information

A tourist tax, similar to a local tax, is to be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Solo minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not legal guardians, the booking applicant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
