Location

Located in the S`Avall nature reserve with 15 km of unspoiled beaches and on the outskirts of the idyllic fishing village of Colonia Sant Jordi. The nearest beach is about 100m away. The popular natural beach Es Trenc can be reached in about 900m.

The aparthotel offers 100 apartments in two buildings (with three or four floors), separated by a street, an air-conditioned restaurant with terrace, a lounge with bar, and lifts. Destination Information

A tourism tax, similar to a local tax, is to be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
