The modern beach hotel offers 216 rooms on 9 floors, a lobby with a 24-hour reception, 4 elevators, a common room with satellite TV, luggage room, a buffet restaurant and a Sky Bar "Vértigo" on the 10th floor (open only during high season depending on weather). In the beautiful outdoor area, there is a swimming pool, a pool bar and a snack bar "Kentia" as well as a sun terrace with umbrellas, sun loungers and Balinese beds (for a fee). Additionally, the sun terrace has direct access to the beach.

Additional information

A tourism tax, similar to a city tax, must be paid by the guest on-site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
During the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the booking applicant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from Schauinsland Reisen or the travel agency before finalizing the booking.
