Location

Centrally located in Paguera, only about 50 m from the fine sandy beach. The popular pedestrian zone with its numerous shops, cafes, restaurants, and entertainment options is in close proximity. Palma Airport is about 33 km away.

The charming apartment complex has 13 units, spread over two floors (no elevator). Facilities include a lobby with reception and a bar. In the outdoor area, a swimming pool and a sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas invite you to relax.
