Location

The completely renovated hotel, part of the renowned "Morlans Hotels" chain, is located in a quiet area, only about 300 m from the fine sandy beach. The center of Paguera with the well-known Bulevar Paguera is just a few steps away, offering numerous shops, restaurants, and bars.

Facilities

The modern, completely renovated Morlans Suites offers a total of 108 rooms spread across 4 floors and features a lift, a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a lounge, a bar, and a buffet restaurant.
The attractive and well-maintained outdoor area includes a large pool, a beautifully landscaped sun terrace with Balinese beds, sun loungers, and umbrellas. Relax here and enjoy cool refreshments at the pool/snack bar. The rooftop "SKY Bar" with a pool, sun loungers, umbrellas, and Balinese beds completes the amenities. A drinks service (for a fee) is also available here.

Double Room Superior

The rooms are stylishly and modernly furnished and equipped with air conditioning, telephone, TV, a safe (for a fee), mini-fridge, kettle, bath/shower/WC, hairdryer, and a balcony or terrace with pool view (room size approx. 25 m², room code: DSU).
Also available for single use (DSE) at an extra charge. Double rooms type I (DSI) are also bookable at the daily rate and limited availability.

Junior Suite Superior

With the same amenities as the Double Rooms Superior, these are more spacious and feature a capsule coffee machine instead of a kettle. (Room size approx. 31 m², room code: JU2). Also available for single use (1JS) at an extra charge.
Junior Suites type I (LN2) are also bookable at the daily rate and limited availability.

Junior Suite Swim-Up

With the same amenities as the Junior Suite Superior, these rooms feature a bathroom with two sinks and a shower. A private furnished terrace with sun loungers offers direct access to the communal pool (room code: SUJ).

Suite

With the same amenities as the Junior Suite Superior, these suites are even more spacious (approx. 39 m²) and also feature a separate living area separated from the bedroom by a door (room code: S2).

Additional information

A tourist tax, similar to a city tax, must be paid by the guest locally.
Depending on the hotel category, it amounts to €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay at the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
During the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not permitted. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the booking applicant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from Schauinsland Reisen or the travel agency before finalizing the booking.
