Location

The completely renovated property of the renowned hotel chain "Morlans Hotels" is located in a quiet area, only about 300 m from the fine sandy beach. The center of Paguera with the well-known Bulevar Paguera is just a few steps away. You will find numerous shops, restaurants, and bars here.

Facilities

The modern, completely refurbished Morlans Suites offers a total of 108 rooms spread over 4 floors and features a lift, a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a lounge, a bar, and a buffet restaurant.
The attractive and well-maintained outdoor area includes a large pool, a beautifully landscaped sun terrace, Bali beds, as well as loungers and umbrellas. Relax here and enjoy cool refreshments at the pool/snackbar. The "SKY Bar" rooftop terrace with a pool, loungers, umbrellas, and Bali beds completes the amenities. A beverage service (for a fee) is also available here.

Superior Double Room

The rooms are stylishly and modernly furnished and equipped with air conditioning, telephone, TV, safe (rental), mini-fridge, kettle, bath/shower/toilet, hairdryer, and a balcony or terrace with pool view (room size approx. 25 sqm, room code: DSU).
Also bookable for single occupancy at an additional charge (DSE). Also bookable as a Type I double room (DSI) at the daily rate and limited availability.

Superior Junior Suite

With the same amenities as the Superior Double Room, these are more spacious and feature a capsule coffee machine instead of a kettle (room size approx. 31 sqm, room code: JU2). Also bookable for single occupancy at an additional charge (1JS).
Also bookable as a Type I Junior Suite (LN2) at the daily rate and limited availability.

Junior Suite Swim-Up

With the same amenities as the Superior Junior Suite, these feature a bathroom with two sinks and a shower. Your own furnished terrace with sun loungers offers direct access to the communal pool (room code: SUJ).

Suite

With the same amenities as the Superior Junior Suite, these are even more spacious (approx. 39 sqm) and also feature a separate living area separated by a door from the bedroom (room code: S2).

Additional Information

A tourism tax, similar to a city tax, must be paid by the guest on-site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
During the low season (1.11.-30.4.), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not permitted. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the booking applicant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from schauinsland-reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
