Fahrradtransfer Mallorca

Mallorca is a popular island for cyclists, so you can now easily book your bicycle transfer from the airport to the hotel and back directly through your system with Schauinsland-Reisen.

The bicycle transfer is available for all bookings where the customer is traveling in the transfer bus themselves and the bicycle is packed according to the regulations of the respective airline. Special bicycle bags or bicycle boxes/cases are suitable for this purpose.
The booking is made with the request "H" and "PMIRAD" via your system.
The total cost of the bicycle transfer per bike/per person for the round trip is €32.00. The price is independent of the booked hotel.
For last-minute departures within 7 days prior to flight, this transfer can no longer be booked.
On-site, customers collect their checked bicycle at the airport and proceed as usual to our colleagues at the Schauinsland-Reisen desk. There, customers will receive their bus number and be shown the way to the transfer bus. The bicycle will then be transported in the luggage compartment of the bus (usually lying flat).
Once you have arrived at your destination hotel, you can start your cycling holiday in a relaxed manner.

Bicycle transportation is not possible in the following cases:
- Flight only + bicycle transfer
- Flight only + rental car + bicycle transfer
- Package booking incl. rental car from/to airport + bicycle transfer
- Package booking with private transfer + bicycle transfer
- Package booking with a Finca/city hotel where either the rental car from/to the airport is already included or we do not offer any regular transfer at all
- Hotel only booking + bicycle transfer
- Hotel only booking + separate transfer + bicycle transfer
If there should be space problems with the bicycle transfer due to several bicycles being booked for the same route, an extra bus will be deployed to transport only the bicycles.
Not included: Transport insurance. No liability is assumed for transport damage.

A tourism tax, comparable to a visitor's tax, must be paid by the guest on-site.
Depending on the hotel category, this is € 2.20–4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person for guests aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (Nov 1st – Apr 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Minors traveling alone are not permitted. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the person making the booking is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions via Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before finalizing the booking.
