The hotel, a favorite among regular guests and families of the Iberostar chain, has 405 rooms spread across 2 buildings, each with 5 floors. It features a spacious lobby with a 24-hour reception, elevators, a bar with a small stage, a "Star Café" (open 24 hours), and a buffet restaurant. The beautiful garden area includes a swimming pool (closed in winter) with a sun terrace, loungers, and umbrellas, as well as a pool/snack bar (during summer months).

These spacious and modern rooms offer a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning/heating, safe (rental fee), minibar (on request and for a fee), TV, telephone, and a balcony (room size: 25 m², room code: D, DA). Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet with cold and hot dishes, plus show cooking. Star Café (24 hours). Non-alcoholic drinks are included between 10 AM and 12 AM.
