The hotel, particularly popular with regular guests and families, belongs to the Iberostar chain and has 405 rooms spread across 2 buildings, each with 5 floors. It features a spacious lobby with a 24-hour reception, elevators, a bar with a small show stage, a "Star Café" (24h), and a buffet restaurant. The beautiful garden area includes a swimming pool (closed in winter) with a sun terrace, loungers, and umbrellas, as well as a pool/snack bar (during summer months).

Only three alcoholic beverages (beer or wine) per guest may be served per lunch and dinner. All other alcoholic beverages – including those between meals – must be paid for as usual.
