Directly on the long, fine sandy beach and only approx. 200 m from the S’Albufera nature reserve with its hiking trails. Can Picafort, 5 km away, and Puerto de Alcudia, 6 km away, are easily accessible by public bus. Some shops and restaurants are also located in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.

The tastefully furnished resort consists of a total of 3 hotel complexes. The hotel offers 344 rooms on 6 floors, the aparthotel 144 apartments on 4 floors, and the Suites offers 77 suites on 6 floors. The resort features a lobby with reception, elevators, a lounge with a bar and terrace, a supermarket, and a restaurant with sea view and terrace. The well-maintained 60,000 m² garden area with old trees offers 3 pools with a separate children's pool (heated indoor pool in pre- and post-season), sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas, and a pool bar.

Renovated in Winter 2024/25 and furnished in a modern style.
