On a slightly rising street in Paguera. The town center with shopping and entertainment venues is about 300 m away, the sandy beach approx. 400 m.

Facilities

The comfortable family hotel with a main building and annex offers 359 rooms, many of which have recently been renovated with great care and now combine modern living comfort with a family atmosphere. The main building offers a large lobby with reception, two bars, and a buffet restaurant, as well as the Italian restaurant "Felicitas". In the spacious garden with mature trees, there are three new pools with sun terraces, sun loungers, umbrellas, and Balinese beds, as well as sunbathing lawns, a pool snack bar, and an Adults Only bar. The annex (not renovated) can be reached via stairs or a lift. In the outdoor area of the annex, there is another pool with a sun terrace and a pool/snack bar with a terrace and a fantastic sea view (different areas and pools for families and exclusively for adults).

These apartments are not renovated, are located in the annex, and are accessible via an elevator.
