In a central and lively setting, only approx. 500 m from the beautiful, fine sandy beach of Calvià Beach. Numerous shopping and entertainment opportunities as well as bars, cafés, and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. It is approx. 20 km to the center of the island capital, Palma.

A family resort completely reconceived and elaborately redesigned in winter 2023/24, with 656 renovated and comfortable suites spread over 3 floors in 24 residential blocks. In the 3 spacious courtyards, there is a swimming pool landscape, a splash pool, and the water park with various exciting water slides (2 of which have size restrictions). The use of this largest water park in a hotel on the Balearic Islands is included for hotel guests. Sun loungers and parasols are included in all pool areas. In a section of the complex is the exclusive MAGNUS area with its own restaurant.
