Location

Located on the inland lake Lago Esperanza. The extensive beach of Alcúdia can be reached in about 300 m. The town center with numerous shops and entertainment options is only a few minutes' walk away. A bus stop is located about 100 m from the hotel.

The family hotel of the VIVA chain consists of a main building and an apartment building and offers 228 junior suites and apartments, a bright lobby with a 24-hour reception, the buffet restaurant "Caprice", the lounge bar "Babalu", and the à la carte restaurant "El Patio". In the outdoor area overlooking the lake, there is a pool landscape newly designed in winter 2025/26, surrounded by palm trees and several sun terraces (approx. 2000 m² in total). It includes a heated pool, a whirlpool, and a splash pool. At the pool bar "La Palapa" with a seating terrace, where the evening show program also takes place, you can enjoy cool drinks in a relaxed atmosphere.
