Located on the inland lake Lago Esperanza. After about 300 m you will reach the extensive beach of Alcúdia. The town center with numerous shopping and entertainment facilities is just a few minutes' walk away. A bus stop is located about 100 m from the hotel.

The family hotel of the VIVA chain consists of a main building and an apartment building and offers 228 junior suites and apartments, a bright lobby with a 24-hour reception, the buffet restaurant "Caprice", the lounge bar "Babalu", and the à la carte restaurant "El Patio".
