When booking an inside or outside cabin, accommodation in the hotel is provided in a studio with All Inclusive. Embarkation at the port of Palma de Mallorca takes place on Tuesdays – Costa Smeralda leaves the port of Palma at approx. 6 PM.

Day 1: DAY AT SEA - Relax on board.
DAY 2: ROME/CIVITAVECCHIA - The "Eternal City" and capital of Italy takes you back to the era of the Roman Empire. Discover the diversity of this unique city and visit landmarks such as the Colosseum, the Vatican with St. Peter's Basilica, or the Spanish Steps.
Day 3: LA SPEZIA/FLORENCE - An ideal introduction to getting to know Tuscany with its culinary and cultural treasures. The Gulf of La Spezia, on the edge of Tuscany, bears the name "Gulf of the Poets." As you explore the city with its harbor parks or Castello Giorgio and discover the history of the region, you will feel how perfectly the name suits this patch of earth.
DAY 4: SAVONA - From a distance, the small port city of Savona on the Riviera di Ponente welcomes you with its famous Leon Pancaldo Tower. Savona is also an ideal starting point for excursions through Le Langhe, the home of Barolo and truffles. Trips to Genoa or Portofino are also possible!
DAY 5: MARSEILLE - In the heart of the city, at the Vieux-Port, you can watch fishermen and feel a fresh breeze. Visit the Basilica of Notre Dame de la Garde as well.
Day 6: BARCELONA - A stroll along the lively Las Ramblas promenade is a must when visiting Barcelona! Street performers, musicians, and acrobats turn it into a true open-air theater. The Gothic Quarter will also inspire you with its magnificent squares and buildings from the Middle Ages and the Renaissance.
Day 7: PALMA DE MALLORCA - Visit Palma de Mallorca and explore, among other things, the magnificent Gothic cathedral, or take the time for an extensive walk through the old town.

Accommodation

Inside cabin

On board the Costa Smeralda, you will stay in modern, functionally furnished cabins with the highest level of comfort. They are air-conditioned and offer interactive satellite TV with PayTV (not included), bathroom with shower, hairdryer, safe, minibar (for an extra charge), and Wi-Fi (for an extra charge).
The inside cabins are approx. 13m² and offer space for 2 to 4 people. (some with twin beds).

Outside cabin

Large windows (some portholes) in the ocean-view cabins offer a great view and invite you to enjoy the first rays of sunshine of the day. Ocean-view cabins are approx. 20m² and offer space for 2 to 4 guests (some with twin beds).

Balcony cabin

The balcony cabin impresses with a direct view of the water and offers an individual atmosphere with the best comfort on its private balcony. The cabins are approx. 17m², plus the balcony.

In a total of 11 restaurants, you will be served delicacies from all over the world, including, for example, a buffet restaurant, the Teppanyaki restaurant, the Pummid'Oro pizzeria, as well as the family restaurant "Tutti a Tavola" and the Laboratorio del Gusto (Taste Laboratory), where you prepare your own dinner before enjoying it (partly with reservation and for an extra charge). Your dining time is set by Costa. In addition, there are 19 different bars available (for an extra charge); for example, the Spazio Bollicine by Ferrari Spumante, the Aperol Spritz Bar, the Campari Bar, a sports bar, the Bacaro Veneziano, the Nutella Café, and two Amarillo ice cream parlors (for an extra charge) round off the culinary offerings.

Sports included

The extensively equipped fitness center with a great view of the sea is available to all guests who want to be active. In the outdoor area, there is a multi-purpose sports court and an outdoor jogging track.

Sports for a fee

You have the option to book yoga, Pilates, or Kinesis classes in the aerobics studio for an extra charge, as well as to arrange personal training sessions in the fitness center!

Children's program

Young guests on board can spend exciting hours in the Squok Children's Club under the care of trained entertainers. There is fun here for every age group: Mini Club for ages 3 to 6, Maxi Club for ages 7 to 11, Teen Junior Club for ages 12 to 14, and the Teen Club for ages 15 to 17.
The ship offers a children's paddling pool, as well as an entertainment area with video games (for an extra charge).

Wellness

Entertainment

The Costa Smeralda has a theater in the bow of the ship, where performances take place regularly. There is a casino (ages 18+, game stakes not included), a disco, and a piano bar. 4 pools, including an indoor pool and a reserved swimming deck, an aqua park with slides, as well as the Skywalk at a height of 65 m, ensure plenty of fun and action. Theme nights are organized on deck regularly, and interactive shows invite you to join in.

Location

The spacious hotel complex, renovated a few years ago, is embedded in the Protur Sa Coma Resort, which consists of a total of 4 hotels. The beautiful sandy beach can be reached in just a few minutes' walk (approx. 450 m), and nothing stands in the way of pure swimming pleasure. The center of Sa Coma is almost on the way, which makes combining a beach stay with a small shopping trip easy.
Sa Coma and the neighboring town of Cala Millor are so close to each other that a walk from the hotel to, for example, the lively pedestrian zone of Cala Millor is ideal. You should plan approximately 30 minutes for the approx. 3 km. However, this and other places can also be easily reached by bus, as the bus stop is only approx. 100 m away. The airport is approx. 69 km away.
By the way, if you have forgotten something or are looking for delicious Spanish souvenirs to take home: a large and well-stocked supermarket is located next to the hotel complex.

The Protur Badia Park has 232 rooms spread over six floors, six elevators, a modernly designed reception in the front building wing, a TV room, and a bar with a showroom and a combined indoor/outdoor terrace. Outdoors, there are several sun terraces with palm trees, a pool bar, and a pool landscape with a children's splash pool, as well as loungers and parasols.

With the same facilities as the studios, these offer a separate bedroom and a living room with 2 sofa beds (room size approx. 41 m², room code: A12).

The beautiful family hotel offers an extensive All Inclusive program with a varied breakfast buffet from 8–10 AM and a continental late-riser breakfast from 10–12 AM. At lunch and dinner, our guests can help themselves at buffets featuring warm and cold dishes. Ice cream for children, show cooking, and regular theme nights leave nothing to be desired. In the restaurant, appropriate attire is requested in the evening.
For a special culinary treat, the resorts offer a variety of theme restaurants, such as La Fontana (Italian), the Country Grill, Goa (Indian), and Cardamon (Asian) (theme restaurants included based on availability and advance reservation). Various wines, beer, water, and soft drinks are included with meals (self-service). In the afternoon from 3:30–5:30 PM, coffee, tea, cakes, pastries, or other snacks are available at the bar. Sandwiches from 11 PM – 12 AM. A diverse selection of national non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks (according to the displayed All Inclusive menu) is available at the bars from 10 AM – 12 AM. Wearing an All Inclusive bracelet is mandatory.

Fitness room (ages 16+), squash, paddle, inline skating, tennis (court can be reserved on-site for preferred times for an extra charge), table tennis, archery and rifle shooting, climbing wall, minigolf, bicycles, and much more. In addition, the resort features the Protur Natura Farm, which houses several regional animal species. A visit to the 36-hole minigolf paradise (from May 1st) is an absolute must.

Sports for a fee

"La Reserva" water park with two large and two small water slides, as well as shallow water areas with play equipment for the very little ones (open depending on weather conditions from the beginning of May until presumably mid-October).

Children's program

A varied entertainment program for children is, of course, also included. The Mini Club, with an evening mini disco, is offered for children ages 4–12.

Dear children, do you actually know what I like doing best? Going on holiday, of course! Would you like to visit me at the hotel for a few days and go on holiday with me?
