When booking an inside or outside cabin, accommodation in the hotel is provided in a studio with All Inclusive. Embarkation at the port of Palma de Mallorca takes place on Tuesdays – Costa Smeralda leaves the port of Palma around 6 pm.

Day 1: AT SEA - Relax on board.
DAY 2: ROME/CIVITAVECCHIA - The "Eternal City" and capital of Italy takes you back to the era of the Roman Empire. Discover the variety of this unique city and visit sights such as the Colosseum, the Vatican with St. Peter's Basilica, or the Spanish Steps.
Day 3: LA SPEZIA/FLORENCE - An ideal introduction to getting to know Tuscany with its culinary and cultural treasures. The Gulf of La Spezia, on the edge of Tuscany, bears the name "Gulf of Poets". When you visit the city with its harbour parks or the Castello Giorgio and discover the history of the region, you will feel how perfectly the name suits this patch of earth.
TAG 4: SAVONA - From afar, the small port city of Savona on the Riviera di Ponente welcomes you with its famous Leon Pancaldo Tower. Savona is also an ideal starting point for excursions through Le Langhe, the home of Barolo and truffles. But trips to Genoa or Portofino are also possible!
DAY 5: MARSEILLE - In the heart of the city, the Vieux-Port, you can watch fishermen and feel the fresh breeze. Also visit the Basilica of Notre Dame de la Garde.
Day 6: BARCELONA - A walk along the lively Las Ramblas boulevard is a must when visiting Barcelona! Street artists, musicians, and acrobats turn it into a true open-air theatre. The Gothic Quarter will also inspire you with its magnificent squares and buildings from the Middle Ages and the Renaissance.
Day 7: PALMA DE MALLORCA - Visit Palma de Mallorca and see, among other things, the magnificent Gothic cathedral, or take time for an extensive walk in the old town.

Accommodation

Inside cabin

On board the Costa Smeralda, you will stay in modern and functionally furnished cabins with the highest level of comfort. They are air-conditioned and offer an interactive satellite TV with PayTV (not included), bathroom with shower, hairdryer, safe, minibar (for an additional charge), Wi-Fi (for an additional charge).
The inside cabins are approx. 13m² and accommodate 2 to 4 people (some with separate beds).

Outside cabin

Large windows (some portholes) in the sea view cabins offer a great view and invite you to enjoy the first sunbeams of the day. Sea view cabins are approx. 20m² and accommodate 2 to 4 guests (some with separate beds).

Balcony cabin

The balcony cabin impresses with a direct view of the water and offers an individual atmosphere with the best comfort on its private balcony. The cabins are approx. 17m² plus the balcony.

Full board

In a total of 11 restaurants, you will be served delicacies from all over the world, including, for example, a buffet restaurant, the Teppanyaki restaurant, the Pummid'Oro pizzeria, as well as the family restaurant "Tutti a Tavola" and the Laboratorio del Gusto (Taste Laboratory), where you can prepare your own dinner before enjoying it (partially with reservation and for a fee). Your dining time is set by Costa. In addition, 19 different bars are available to you (for a fee), for example, the Spazio Bollicine by Ferrari Spumante, the Aperol Spritz Bar, the Campari Bar, a sports bar, the Bacaro Veneziano, the Nutella Café, and two Amarillo ice cream parlours (for a fee) complete the culinary offering.

Sports included

The extensively equipped fitness centre with a great view of the sea is available to all guests who want to exercise. In the outdoor area, there is a multi-purpose sports field and an outdoor jogging track.

Sports for a fee

You have the option of booking yoga, Pilates, or Kinesis classes in the aerobics studio for a fee, as well as arranging personal training sessions in the fitness centre!

Children's program

Younger guests on board can spend exciting hours in the Squok Kids Club under the care of trained entertainers. There is fun for every age group here: Mini Club from 3 to 6 years, Maxi Club from 7 to 11 years, Teen Junior Club from 12 to 14 years, and the Teen Club from 15 to 17 years.
The ship offers a children's paddling pool as well as an entertainment area with video games (for a fee).

Wellness

Entertainment

The Costa Smeralda has a theatre in the bow of the ship, where performances take place regularly. There is a casino (from 18 years, game stakes not included), a discotheque, and a piano bar. 4 pools, including an indoor pool and a reserved swimming deck, an aqua park with slides, as well as the Skywalk at a height of 65 m, ensure plenty of fun and action. Theme nights are held regularly on deck, and interactive shows invite you to participate.

Location

The spacious hotel complex, renovated a few years ago, is embedded in the Protur Sa Coma Resort, which consists of a total of 4 hotels. The beautiful sandy beach can be reached in just a few minutes on foot (approx. 450 m), and nothing stands in the way of unclouded swimming fun. The centre of Sa Coma is almost on the way, which makes it easy to combine a beach stay with a small shopping trip.
Sa Coma and the neighbouring town of Cala Millor are so close to each other that a walk from the hotel to the lively pedestrian zone of Cala Millor is ideal. You should allow about 30 minutes for the approx. 3 km. These and other towns are also very easy to reach by bus, as the bus stop is only approx. 100 m away. The airport is approx. 69 km away.
By the way, should you have forgotten something or are looking for tasty Spanish souvenirs to take home, there is a large and well-stocked supermarket next to the hotel complex.

The Protur Badia Park has 232 rooms spread over six floors, six lifts, a modernly designed reception in the front building wing, a TV room, a bar with a showroom, and a combined indoor/outdoor terrace. Outside, there are several sun terraces with palm trees, a pool bar, and a pool landscape with a children's splash pool as well as loungers and parasols.

With the same equipment as the studios, these offer a separate bedroom and a living room with 2 sofa beds (room size approx. 41 m², room code: A12).

The beautiful family hotel offers an extensive All Inclusive program with a varied breakfast buffet from 8–10 am and a continental late-riser breakfast from 10–12 am. For lunch and dinner, our guests help themselves to buffets with hot and cold dishes. Ice cream for children, show cooking, and regular theme nights leave nothing to be desired. Appropriate clothing is requested in the restaurant in the evening.
For a special culinary treat, the resorts offer a variety of themed restaurants, such as La Fontana (Italian), the Country Grill, the Goa (Indian), and the Cardamon (Asian) (themed restaurants included subject to availability and advance reservation). Various wines, beer, water, and soft drinks are included with meals (self-service). In the afternoon from 3:30–5:30 pm, coffee, tea, cake, pastries, or other snacks are available in the bar. Sandwiches from 11–12 pm. A varied selection of national non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks (according to the available All Inclusive menu) is available at the bars from 10 am–12 am. Wearing an All Inclusive bracelet is mandatory.

Fitness room (from 16 years), squash, paddle, inline skating, tennis (court can be reserved on-site for requested times for a fee), table tennis, archery and rifle shooting, climbing wall, minigolf, bicycles, and much more. In addition, the resort has the Protur Natura Farm, where some regional animal species are housed. A visit to the minigolf paradise with 36 holes (from May 1st) is an absolute must.

Sports for a fee

Water park "La Reserva" with two large and two small water slides, as well as shallow water areas with playground equipment for the very little ones (open depending on the weather from the beginning of May until presumably the middle of October).

Children's program

Of course, a varied entertainment program for children must not be missing. The Mini Club, with evening mini-disco, is offered for children from 4–12 years.
