The hotel captivates guests with its fantastic location directly on Playa de Muro in the Bay of Alcudia, the longest and most beautiful beach on Mallorca. The hotel features a bright lobby with a 24-hour reception, 10 elevators, a buffet restaurant with two terraces (open from May), a "Sports Bar," and the "Sky Bar" on the rooftop terrace, which is accessible exclusively to Star Prestige guests. In the well-maintained garden area, you will find the spacious pool landscape with a small splash pool, a terrace with comfortable sun loungers and parasols, and a snack bar directly at the beach.

Double room Star Prestige

With the same facilities as the double rooms, these offer free access to the Star Prestige area on the rooftop terrace, which features sun loungers, Balinese beds, 3 whirlpools (not heated), and a bar, as well as the following Star Prestige services: priority location, coffee machine with capsules, and a 40-inch flat-screen TV. Children have access to the Star Prestige area (room size approx. 32 m²). Room code: DQ2, 2P, 1P.
Also available with side sea view (DSQ, DPN, EIS) or direct sea view (G2M/AQM) for an additional charge.

With the same facilities as the family rooms, these do not have a balcony and can be booked at a reduced price (limited availability) (room size approx. 27 m²). Room code: EF2, EFA.

Family suite pool view

With the same facilities as the family rooms, these are more spacious and have a pool view. There is a double sofa bed for 2 people in the living/bedroom (room size approx. 38 m²). Room code: XF2, 2XA.
Also available with side sea view (FSS, AFS) for an additional charge.

Junior suite

With the same facilities as the Family room Superior, these are slightly more spacious, feature a living/bedroom area as well as a separate bedroom, and are located on the top floor (room size approx. 33 m²). Room code: JS2, J2A.

Destination information

A tourist tax, comparable to a local visitor's tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it amounts to €2.20-4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person for those 16 years and older.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the fee is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (Nov 1st - April 30th), the fee is reduced by 75%.
