With the same amenities as the apartments, these units additionally feature 2 satellite TVs and a private garden with a furnished terrace, 2 sun loungers, and a parasol (2AV).

Apartment with private pool

With the same amenities as the apartments, these are located on the ground floor with access to a private pool and enjoy the benefits of the Selection Club (SCA).
Rooms with direct pool/sea access present an increased potential hazard for small children.
Therefore, for safety reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen requires a minimum age of 6 years for children when booking these room types.

Royal Terrace Selection Club Apartment

With the same amenities as the apartments, these units feature 2 satellite TVs, a private rooftop terrace with a small hydro-massage pool, an outdoor shower, sun loungers, and a seating area. They are located on the upper floors with a pool view or view of the nature park, subject to availability (ATS).

The double rooms offer a shower/WC, air conditioning (centrally controlled), TV, safe, and a balcony or terrace (D).

Destination information

A tourist tax, comparable to a local visitor's tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it amounts to € 2.20-4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person for guests 16 years and older.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (Nov 1st - Apr 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the person booking the trip is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions via Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before finalizing the booking.
