The hotel, popular with athletes and families, offers 265 rooms in four buildings, each with two lifts, a friendly furnished lobby with reception, a courtesy room, and a luggage room, a washroom (for a fee) and a small supermarket. For your culinary well-being, there is the buffet restaurant "Caprice", the à la carte restaurant "El Patio" with an outdoor terrace (in summer), and the "Sports Bar". The large outdoor area includes a pool complex with a children's pool, a water slide, and a pirate boat, a semi-Olympic pool (heated in low season), a sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas, a Sweet Corner, a snack/pool bar, and the "Oasis Pool" exclusively for Selection Club guests, including Bali beds and drink service.

Apartment

The modern and comfortably furnished apartments consist of a living/sleeping area with a separate bedroom and offer a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning/heating (central), satellite TV, telephone, safe, a kitchenette with microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator and toaster, as well as a balcony or terrace (A12). Also bookable for single use in winter 2025 (A11).
For an extra charge, these can also be booked with a pool view (2AB) or with a whirlpool (PIS).

With the same amenities as the apartments, these have 2 satellite TVs, a private garden with a furnished terrace and 2 loungers, and an umbrella (2AV).

Apartment with private pool

With the same amenities as the apartments, these are located on the ground floor with access to a private pool (APR).
Also bookable for an extra charge with the benefits of the Selection Club (SCA). These rooms can be booked with children aged 6 and over.

Apartment Royal Terrace Selection Club

With the same amenities as the apartments, these have 2 satellite TVs, a private roof terrace with a small pool with hydromassage, an open-air shower, sun loungers and a seating area, and are located on the upper floors with a pool view or a view of the nature park, subject to availability (ATS).

Double Room (PMIC88)

The double rooms offer a shower/WC, air conditioning (centrally controlled), TV, safe, and a balcony or terrace (D).

Twice a week, themed evenings are held. Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are available from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

Destination information

A tourist tax, similar to a visitor's tax, must be paid locally by the guest.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not permitted. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the booking applicant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
