Location

Located at Balneario 3, on a side street, not far from the island's main party zone. The fine-grained sandy beach is only about 200 m from the hotel. The well-known "Schinkenstraße", "Bierkönig", "Megapark", and numerous other smaller restaurants, bars, discotheques, and shops are just a few steps away from the hotel, offering something for everyone. The island capital Palma is about 14 km away. A public bus stop is located in the immediate vicinity.

Double Room

Equipped with two single beds, shower/WC, a hairdryer, a telephone, a safety deposit box (rental), TV, air conditioning/heating, and a balcony. (Room size approx. 18 sqm, room code: D). Also available for single occupancy for an additional charge (DE).

Double Room Type A

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these can be booked with a minimum stay of 3 days (DA). Also available for single occupancy for an additional charge (DEA).

Additional information

A tourism tax, similar to a spa tax, is to be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of your stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the travel registrant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from schauinsland-reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
