The recently modernized hotel offers a dreamlike view of the unique Bay of Palma. The particularly attentive staff greets guests warmly and contributes to a carefree holiday feeling. The elegant hotel features 122 rooms over five floors, a large lobby with 24-hour reception, two elevators, spacious lounges, a buffet restaurant, and a bar with a beautiful sea view. In the outdoor area, there is a pool, a sun terrace with loungers and parasols, Balinese beds (for a fee), as well as a pool bar.

The comfortable rooms are bright and tastefully furnished and equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, air conditioning/heating, mini-fridge, TV, safe, and a furnished balcony on the sea side (room size approx. 23m². Room code: DY2).
Also available for single use (DY1) for an additional charge.

Suite sea view

With the same amenities as the double rooms, featuring higher-quality furnishings including a kettle and coffee/tea-making facilities, as well as an additional living/bedroom with a sofa bed (room size approx. 38m², room code: S2M).

Junior suite sea view (PMIA95)

With otherwise similar amenities to the double rooms, these are more spacious and offer, in addition to a small seating area and coffee/tea-making facilities, a sea view (J2M).

Destination information

A tourism tax, comparable to a local tourist tax, is to be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is € 2.20-4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person from 16 years of age.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (1.11.-30.4.), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not permitted. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not legal guardians, the person making the booking is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions via Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before finalizing the booking.
