The Oleander Hotel is located in Playa de Palma, approx. 100 m from the sandy beach. It is approx. 1 km to the tourist center. The city of Palma is approx. 11 km away. A supermarket can be reached after approx. 400 m. The nearest bars and restaurants can be reached after around 1 km. The airport (PMI) is approx. 6 km away.

Facilities

The well-maintained mid-range hotel has 264 rooms spread over seven floors and offers a lobby with reception, elevator, lounge with bar and satellite TV, common rooms, cafeteria, and restaurant (all air-conditioned). In the garden, there is a swimming pool (open from May to October) with a separate children's pool. During the winter season, a small indoor pool is available for adults (open: 7.2.-30.4., as well as 15.10.-30.10.). Sun loungers and parasols are available on the beach for a fee.
