The hotel offers 149 rooms on 5 floors, a lobby, a reception, 2 lifts, and a dining room. Outdoors, there is a pool with sun loungers. On the top floor, you will find the "Sky Bar" with a unique view of Playa de Palma.

Double Room

The double rooms are approx. 22 sqm and are equipped with a telephone, air conditioning, satellite TV, safe, kettle for coffee and tea, minibar (for a fee), shower/WC, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, bathrobes, and a balcony (D). Also available for single occupancy (DE).
Additionally bookable with side sea view (DMS/SZB) and for single occupancy with side sea view (DES).

Junior Suite

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these offer a whirlpool in the room, an iPhone station, a Nespresso machine, an ironing board, and sun loungers on the terrace (JS2). Room size approx. 40 sqm, terrace approx. 12 sqm.

Double Room Premium

With the same amenities as the garden-side double rooms, these additionally feature more modern furnishings and are more spacious (PDZ). Room size approx. 28 sqm.
Also available with side sea view (PSM).

Destination Information

A tourist tax, similar to a visitor's tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the fee is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the fee is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the booking applicant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from schauinsland-reisen or the travel agency before concluding the booking.
