In the north of the island in an exceptionally beautiful location right by the sea between the Bay of Pollença and the Albufereta Nature Park. Numerous shopping and entertainment options can be found in Alcudia, approx. 3 km away, and in Port de Pollença, approx. 4 km away. A bus stop is located directly in front of the complex. The beautiful S'Albufera Nature Park is approx. 8 km away.

The extensive complex covers 85,000 m² and features 532 rooms spread across a main building and several detached villas and row bungalows. The main building houses the 24-hour reception with comfortable seating areas, 2 bars, 2 buffet restaurants, and a snack bar (à la carte). There are a total of 4 pools in the beautiful outdoor area (one of which can be heated). Highlights include the innovative biodesign pool, which blends harmoniously into the natural surroundings and delights with its sustainable design using ecological materials, and the infinity pool for adults only. There is also a pool bar and a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols available.

Modern decor in warm colors. Equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, rental safe, minibar (for a fee), TV, telephone, balcony or terrace (room size approx. 18-22 m², room code: 2PL).
Also available for single occupancy (1PL) and as Type I (DIP) rooms at the current daily rate.
From summer 2026, also available on the upper floor (DA).

Village Double Room

Elegantly furnished and spacious, they also offer a sofa bed (room size approx. 40 m², room code: DSU).
Also available for single occupancy (DSE) for an extra charge and as Type I (DSI) at the current daily rate.
From summer 2026, also available on the lower floor (DAS).

Village Family Suite

With the same amenities as the Village Double Rooms, these offer a spacious living area and a separate bedroom (approx. 44 m², room code: SF2).
From summer 2026, also bookable with a bathtub (ASF).

Village Double Room with Private Garden (PMI828)

The cozy rooms feature a rental safe, air conditioning, minibar (for a fee), sofa bed, shower/WC, hairdryer, and a terrace with a private garden (DSB). Also available for single occupancy (E1S).

Suite with Private Pool (PMI828)

The suite is approx. 44 m² and offers a terrace equipped with a table, chairs, seat cushions, and – as a new feature – a mini-pool, which is ideal for relaxing and refreshing outdoors at any time of day. The suites consist of a bedroom with two beds and a separate living room with two sofa beds. They are equipped with a fully furnished master bathroom and an additional toilet, both with a hairdryer and toiletries. For extra comfort, the suite features air conditioning and/or heating, a ceiling fan, refrigerator, telephone, satellite TV in both the bedroom and living room, free Wi-Fi access, and a safe (SP2).

Destination information

A tourist tax, comparable to a local visitor's tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, this is € 2.20–4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th consecutive day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the off-season (1.11.–30.4.), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not permitted. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the person making the booking is obliged to ask Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency about any additional conditions that may apply before finalizing the booking.
