Quiet and beautiful location, only approx. 300 m from the wide sandy beach. It is approx. 200 m to the town center of S'Illot/Sa Coma with numerous restaurants and bars. A bus stop is located nearby, making the town center of Cala Millor quickly accessible. The airport is approx. 67 km away.

The 4-star hotel was divided in summer 2026 and now consists of the sections Mariant Park and Caprice Sa Coma Park (PMI261). It offers 166 rooms over 4 floors, 2 elevators, and a bright and friendly lobby with a 24-hour reception. For a refreshing drink, the hotel has a cozy bar, and the restaurant with an outdoor terrace provides Mallorcan specialties. The resort offers a garden with a pool (open from May-October), a sunbathing area with palm trees, as well as several sun terraces with sun loungers and parasols. The pool bar offers refreshing drinks and snacks during the day.

Destination information

A tourism tax, comparable to a local visitor's tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is € 2.20-4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person for guests aged 16 and older.
From the 9th day of the stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (Nov 1 - Apr 30), the tax is reduced by 75%.
