Location

The MiM Mallorca is an adults-only hotel located directly on the sea, in the heart of the fishing village of S'Illot/Sa Coma, and only approx. 200 m from the sandy beach. The tourist center is about 400 m away. The nearest shops are about 150 m from the hotel, and a supermarket can be reached after about 50 m. Further restaurants, bars, and shops are just about 20 m away. The city of Palma de Mallorca and the airport (PMI) are about 65 km away.

Facilities

The boutique hotel has a total of 98 rooms, 2 outdoor pools, a spa, a sun terrace, and a SKY bar. All rooms are modernly and sustainably furnished, ensuring guests feel completely at ease. Mediterranean delicacies and delicious drinks are available in the restaurant and bar. The hotel also offers a 24-hour reception, a lobby, 2 elevators, and air conditioning. Wi-Fi is available free of charge for hotel guests. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available for a fee on the beach.

These are more spacious than the Superior rooms and also feature a seating area (J2M).

Design Double Room Type A

The cozy Design Rooms (approx. 29 sqm) are located on a quiet side street and feature a queen-size bed, parquet flooring, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, safe, minibar, hairdryer, and a bathroom with a rain shower. (DA) Also available for single use (DAE).

Deluxe Double Room

The Deluxe Rooms, with similar amenities to the Superior rooms, are more generously proportioned (approx. 42 sqm) and feature a balcony or terrace. (DD2) Also available with sea view (DDM) or partial sea view (DDS)

Additional information

A tourist tax, similar to a visitor's tax, must be paid by the guest on-site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (11/1 - 4/30), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not legal guardians, the booking applicant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions via schauinsland-reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
