Location

The spacious resort, particularly popular with German-speaking holidaymakers, is characterized by its prime location. It is situated directly on the fine sandy beach of Sa Coma. The well-maintained beach promenade invites you for a morning jog, and in the evening, it offers a pleasant stroll at sunset. Further opportunities for extensive entertainment are provided by the shops, restaurants, and bars located in the surrounding area. The airport is approximately 70 km away.

The well-equipped resort with 333 rooms, spread across 2-3 story residential buildings, invites relaxation with its extensive garden landscape. The central point of the resort is the main building with a reception, lounge, cafeteria with a seating terrace, and a pool/snack bar. In the outdoor area, there is a swimming pool with several inviting sun terraces, sun loungers, and umbrellas. Separated by a street in the remaining part of the resort (123 rooms, Garden area) is the main restaurant with a seating terrace, the theme restaurant "La Finca," the animation stage, and further pools.

The apartments are located in the club area and are equipped with a combined living/sleeping room with 2 sofa beds, air conditioning, a separate bedroom, kitchenette, telephone, TV, safe, bath/shower/WC, hairdryer, and a balcony or terrace. These are located in the front part of the resort (room size approx. 40m², room code: A12).
Also bookable with sea view (2AM) and as type I (A2I) at daily rates.

National alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages (branded drinks with a surcharge) from 10:00 AM to 11:30 PM in the bar-lounge, from 10:00 AM to 11:30 PM at the animation bar. Additional Note

A tourism tax, comparable to a spa tax, is to be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
During the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the booking agent is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions via schauinsland-reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
