The fine sandy beach, which slopes gently and is accessible via some steps, is only about 200 m away. The center of Conil de la Frontera with numerous shopping and entertainment facilities, restaurants and bars is about 2 km away. A golf course is about 13 km away.

The modern hotel complex has a total of 197 rooms on 3 floors, a brightly designed lobby, reception, 4 panoramic elevators, cafeteria, internet corner, Wi-Fi (included in public areas and rooms), restaurant with "show cooking" and bar. The beautiful garden area features a sun terrace with a swimming pool and pool bar (open only in summer, no service at the pool bar as part of All-Inclusive).
