The 4-star complex, part of the renowned Hipotels chain, with 400 rooms, leaves nothing to be desired for couples, families, or solo travelers. In the entrance area, you will find the impressive lobby with a reception and several elevators. Culinary experiences are provided by the buffet restaurant with a wide selection of continental dishes, the pool/snack bar, and the lobby bar. In addition, hotel guests have access to a fitness room, an indoor pool, and a wellness center with a spa area (for a fee). In the large garden landscape facing the sea, the swimming pool with a sun terrace provides refreshing moments (sun loungers and parasols included). Double rooms with partial (DMS) or direct sea view (DM) are bookable for an extra charge.

Single room

The single rooms are double rooms for sole occupancy (DE). Partial sea view is bookable for an extra charge (DES).

Super saver room

The super saver rooms have the same facilities as the double rooms, but with limited availability (SSZ). Also bookable for sole occupancy (SSE).

Junior suite with sea view

The junior suites are approx. 33 m² and have the same facilities as the double rooms, but are more spacious, include an additional sofa bed, and have a sea view (J2M).

The 42 m² Family rooms Type A are equipped like the double rooms, but with a shower and bath, a small kitchenette, and a combined living room/bedroom (no separate bedroom) (2FA).

Arrival by car

Directions from Jerez Airport (XRY):
Leave the airport grounds and drive onto the A4/A48 (N IV, E5) towards Jerez de la Frontera/Cádiz (please use the bridge). Bypass the city of Jerez and you will see the Jerez Hospital on your right; this road becomes a 4-lane expressway (A4 towards Cádiz/Algeciras). This takes you past the towns of El Puerto de Santa Maria, Puerto Real, San Fernando (stay left on the A4 here, as the road forks), and Chiclana. After Chiclana, you will reach the "Playa La Barrosa" exit. Leave the A4/N340 here and follow the signs for "La Barrosa." After approx. 10 km, you will reach the hotel zone of Novo Sancti Petri/La Barrosa. There you will find all hotels on the coastal road (hotels are signposted). Travel time: approx. 50 min./approx. 45 km.
Directions from Malaga Airport (AGP):
Leave the airport grounds and drive on the N340 towards Cádiz, continue along this road (approx. 1.5 km) to the A7 Algeciras/Cádiz motorway entrance and drive onto the motorway. After the town of Benalmádena, it splits into four lanes. Stay in the right lane and remain on the A7. Alternatively, you can take the AP-7 from here, which is a toll road (approx. €8) and leads in the same direction. Always follow the road towards Algeciras. Once you arrive in Algeciras (approx. 120 km from Malaga Airport), the motorway ends and automatically becomes a country road (N340-Cádiz). Now always follow this coastal road towards Cádiz. Drive past Tarifa, then past Vejer de la Frontera and Conil de la Frontera until you see the "Playa la Barrosa" exit approx. 5 minutes after Conil. Leave the N340 country road there and drive towards "Playa la Barrosa." The road leads to the hotel zone of Novo Sancti Petri/La Barrosa. There you will find the Hotel Playa la Barrosa/Barrosa Park. Travel time: approx. 170 min./approx. 235 km.
Directions from Seville Airport (SVQ):
Leave the airport grounds and drive towards Cadiz A4 and then onto the AP4 (toll fee). After approx. 80 km, the AP4 passes Jerez, and after another 30 km, you will see the "San Fernando/Algeciras" exit. Leave the motorway here, reach a roundabout, and continue following the "Algeciras" A4 signs. Now you are on the national road A4, drive past the towns of "San Fernando" and "Chiclana," and leave the A4 at the "Playa La Barrosa" exit. At the upcoming roundabout, turn left towards "La Barrosa," at the next roundabout, turn right. After approx. 7 km, you will reach another roundabout; turn left here towards "La Barrosa." Stay on the main road and continue straight at all subsequent roundabouts. This will lead you to the coastal road at the end. At the last roundabout on the coastal road, please turn right. After just a few meters, you will see the hotels Playa la Barrosa, Barrosa Park, and Barrosa Palace on the left-hand side. All 3 hotels have a shared entrance. Travel time: approx. 95 min./approx. 135 km.
