Double room partial sea view private terrace/pool access

Double rooms with partial sea view (visible from the terrace), private terrace, and pool access (DA/ID2 from Summer 27 DTS instead of DA) are equipped like the double rooms, but are located on the ground floor and have direct access to the main pool.
Rooms with direct pool/sea access pose an increased safety risk for young children.
Therefore, for security reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen applies a minimum age of 6 years for children when booking these room types.

Double room partial sea view Deluxe

Schauinsland-Reisen Original: The double rooms with partial sea view Deluxe (DPM) have the same features as the double rooms with partial sea view and additionally include the following amenities: welcome gift, 1x per person/week entry to the spa (also for children), and early check-in/late check-out (subject to availability).

Double room sea view

The double rooms with sea view (DY2 from Summer 2027 DM, MDA) have the same features as the double rooms and are located on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors. These rooms are not frontally oriented to the sea, but the sea is visible from the room.

Double room sharing pool

The double rooms with sharing pool (SH2, SH3) have the same features as the double rooms but are located on the ground floor with direct access to a pool that is only available to guests from this room category.
Rooms with direct pool/sea access pose an increased safety risk for young children.
Therefore, for security reasons, Schauinsland-Reisen applies a minimum age of 6 years for children when booking these room types.
Please note that your booked room has direct access to the sharing pool and there is no dedicated lifeguard there. When booking with children or non-swimmers, you are responsible for their supervision.

Double room sea view Priority Location

The double rooms with sea view Priority Location (2PY/2AY) have the same features as the double rooms but have a preferred location and feature a sea view (not frontal) as well as a balcony/terrace.

Junior suite

With the same features as the double rooms, the junior suites (JS2, J2A) are somewhat more spacious, are located on the 2nd floor, and additionally include a living area with a sofa bed and a seating area, a bathroom with a shower and hydromassage bathtub, a coffee machine, and a separate bedroom. Junior suites located on the 3rd floor with a sea view can be booked at an additional cost (J2M, JMA).

Suite sea view Beachfront

The suites consist of a spacious separate bedroom with a king-size bed, a living area with a sofa, and a balcony or terrace with loungers. They feature a bathroom with hydromassage and shower/WC, a safe, minibar (for a fee), coffee machine, and telephone. Suite Superior Beachfront

Arrival by car

Directions from Malaga Airport (AGP):
Exit the airport grounds and take the N-340 towards Cádiz, follow this road for approx. 1.5 km until the highway junction A-7 Algeciras/Cádiz. After the town of Benalmádena, the highway splits into four lanes, please move to the right lane to stay on the A-7. Or take the AP-7, which is toll-based and also leads in the same direction. Always follow the signs for Algeciras. Once you arrive in Algeciras (approx. 120 km from Málaga Airport), the highway ends and automatically becomes a country road (N-340 Cádiz). Now follow this coastal road towards Cádiz. Drive past Tarifa, later past Vejer de la Frontera and Conil de la Frontera until you see the exit "Playa la Barrosa" after Conil. There, leave the country road N-340 and drive towards "Playa la Barrosa". This road leads you to the hotel zone of Novo Sancti Petri/La Barrosa. There you will find all hotels on the coastal road. Heading south, you will arrive at the hotels: Iberostar Royal Andaluz and Iberostar Andalucía Playa (both hotels share the same driveway).
Directions from Jerez de la Frontera Airport (XRY):
Exit the airport grounds and take the A-4 towards Jerez de la Frontera/Cádiz (please cross the bridge). You will drive through the city of Jerez and shortly after you see a hospital on the right side, this road becomes a 4-lane expressway (A-4 towards Cádiz/Algeciras). Subsequently, it automatically becomes a 2-lane federal road. Keep driving straight ahead (A-4 Cádiz/Algeciras). At the end of this road, there is a sharp right turn that you must take. This curve is also a highway entrance (towards Algeciras A 48/E-15). Please follow the highway to Chiclana. At the exit "La Barrosa", leave the highway and turn left at the roundabout towards "La Barrosa". This road leads you to the hotel zone of Novo Sancti Petri/La Barrosa. There you will find all hotels on the coastal road. Heading south, you will arrive at the hotels: Iberostar Royal Andaluz and Iberostar Andalucia Playa (both hotels share the same driveway).
Directions from Seville Airport (SVQ):
Exit the airport grounds and drive towards Cadiz A4 and then get onto the AP4 (toll fee). After approx. 80 km, the AP4 leads past Jerez and after another 30 km, you will see the exit "San Fernando/Algeciras". Here, leave the highway, reach a roundabout, and continue following the signs for "Algeciras/A4". You are now on the national road A4 and will drive past the cities of "San Fernando" and "Chiclana" and leave the A4 at the exit "Playa La Barrosa". From here, please follow the signs for "La Barrosa". After approx. 10 km, you will reach the hotel zone of Novo Sancti Petri/La Barrosa. There you will find all hotels on the coastal road. Heading south, you will arrive at the hotels: Iberostar Royal Andaluz and Iberostar Andalucia Playa (both hotels share the same driveway). Travel time approx. 50 min.
