Location

The Colina Del Paradiso complex is located in the town of Benahavis, approximately 3.5 km from the beach. The town center with shopping facilities is about a 15-minute walk away. The towns of Banus, Marbella, and Estepona, as well as Malaga Airport, can be reached quickly and easily by car.

Villa (Townhouse)

The villas (138 m² over 3 floors) are equipped the same as the apartments and feature 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms/WC (shower or bathtub with shower attachment), a roof terrace with a whirlpool and small refrigerator, as well as a covered terrace on the ground floor. Bookable under code V32. Also bookable as a villa with 1 bedroom (V12) or 2 bedrooms (V22).

Arrival by car

Directions from Malaga Airport (AGP):
Leave the airport grounds and take the N-340 towards Cádiz; after a few hundred meters, merge onto the A-7 towards Cadiz/Algeciras. This motorway later becomes 4 lanes. Stay in the two right lanes to remain on the A-7 (or you can take the toll-road AP-7, which is signposted as “PEAJE”. Both routes run parallel towards Marbella/Cadiz/Algeciras. In Marbella, both routes merge again). Stay on the A-7 towards San Pedro/Estepona/Puerto Banús. After passing through the town of San Pedro de Alcántara, take the “Cancelada” exit after a few kilometers and drive up to the right at the following roundabout. At the next roundabout, turn right and you will arrive at another roundabout. From the next roundabout, follow the hotel signs. Approx. 83 km.
