The complex has a total of 216 residential units, a large lobby with reception, Wi-Fi (included), a bar (non-smoking), a restaurant (non-smoking), and an à la carte beach restaurant (for a fee, from approx. April-September). The outdoor area features a swimming pool with a separate children's pool (unheated freshwater) and a pool bar (seasonal). Beach towels, sun loungers, and umbrellas are included by the pool.

Apartment with partial sea view

The apartments with partial sea view are equipped with bath/WC, hairdryer, living/sleeping area (with sofa bed) and a separate bedroom, kitchenette, telephone, centrally controlled air conditioning/heating, satellite TV, safe (included), balcony or terrace, and partial sea view (2AS). Apartments with 2 bedrooms and partial sea view are available at an additional charge (23S).

Studio with partial sea view

The studios with partial sea view have the same amenities as the apartments but only a living/sleeping area, no separate bedroom (M2S).
(Also bookable under AGPA13 as Studio Type A (S12,STI,AST,BST,S13,CST)).

Apartment (AGPA13)

These apartments, approximately 45 m², have a separate bedroom and a sofa bed in the living area, TV, telephone, kitchenette, hairdryer, and air conditioning, as well as a balcony or terrace (A12,A2S,A13,KA5,K34,A14,AA4,A12,AA2,K1A,KA2).
Optionally available with 2 bedrooms (A22/A2T/A23/A24/A25,AA4,A3I,K21,A26,A22,K25,K22).
