The hotel, which is expected to be newly built in 2026 by the ELBA chain, consists of several buildings spread over an area of approx. 50,000 m², with a total of 478 rooms, a spacious lobby with reception, free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, as well as several bars and restaurants. The outdoor area features an impressive pool landscape (heatable in winter), a children's area with a children's pool and a splash park, sun terraces with sun loungers, and pool bar/restaurants.
