The apartments are situated in a prime beach location in Costa Calma. The kilometers-long, gently sloping sandy beach begins as soon as you leave the complex. Restaurants and shopping facilities can be reached in just a few minutes' walk. The distance to the airport is approx. 65 km.

The apartments (approx. 25 m²) feature a separate bedroom, satellite TV, safe (for a fee), living area with sleeping accommodation for the 3rd person, kitchenette, KM0 water dispenser, bathroom with shower/WC and hairdryer, as well as a furnished balcony or terrace (A12).

Same facilities as the 1-bedroom apartments, additionally with sea view, balcony, or terrace (2AM).

Apartment 2 Bedrooms

Same facilities as the 1-bedroom apartments, but with an additional second bedroom.

Studio

The studio has a combined living/sleeping room, rental safe, kitchenette, KM0 water dispenser, bathroom with shower/WC, and balcony with side sea view.

The studios have a size of approx. 10-12 m² and are therefore only bookable for single occupancy.

Breakfast is available upon request as a set menu.

Arrival by car

Please drive from the airport towards Morro Jable (FV2). The route to Morro Jable is well signposted. Keep driving straight ahead. Once you arrive in Costa Calma, drive past the first roundabout towards Jandia. After approx. 500 m, you will reach the next roundabout; please turn left here, keep left, and take the first street on the right.
Now continue straight ahead towards the water and you will arrive directly at the Maryvent.
