The 2- to 3-story building, built on a slight incline, has 295 residential units and features a reception, free Wi-Fi throughout the complex, a cozy lounge, a bar with a terrace, and a restaurant.

Junior Suite

The junior suites are newly and modernly furnished and feature a living room with a sofa bed, a separate bedroom, a bathroom with a bathtub or shower/WC, and a hairdryer.

XTRA Junior Suite Pool/Sea View

Same facilities as the junior suites, but with pool/sea view (PMJ); additionally, amenities such as pool towels and bathrobes are provided.
