Located in a quiet area directly on the golf course, the hotel is approximately 2.5 km from Jandia beach. A shuttle service to the beach is available (subject to availability/depending on guest volume). Entertainment options, restaurants, and shops are located in the town center of Jandia, which is about 2 km away. The airport is approximately 82 km away.

The complex consists of a main building and several 3-story annexes and features 238 units. Lobby with reception, free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, a bar, a buffet restaurant, and a themed restaurant (buffet style/reservation required). The outdoor area includes two swimming pools (heatable in winter/one with slides), a separate children's pool, as well as a sun terrace with sun loungers and a pool/snack bar.
