This small, comfortable duplex complex is located on a slight incline above the sandy beach of Jandia.
The beach can be reached in approx. 150 m via a staircase and a short footpath. Shopping and entertainment options as well as restaurants and bars are approx. 500 meters away.

The well-maintained complex has 27 units and a reception (open for a few hours during the day) with a small lobby area. Free Wi-Fi is available in the reception area.
The outdoor area features a sun terrace with a swimming pool and sun loungers.

The duplex apartments are brightly and modernly furnished and feature a living/sleeping room on the lower floor with sleeping arrangements for an extra person, a fully equipped kitchenette, microwave, free satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, rental safe, a bathroom with shower/WC, and a furnished terrace with sun loungers and a whirlpool. On the upper floor, accessible via stairs, is the bedroom with air conditioning, another bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, and a balcony with a view of the sea (QX2).
