Centrally located and in the immediate vicinity of the Jandia promenade. The hotel is separated from the long sandy beach only by the road. The Morro Jable lighthouse is approximately 250 meters away. It is about 2 km to the fishing village of Morro Jable. The airport is approximately 82 km away.

The elegant and spacious hotel features 214 rooms spread over 7 floors, a lobby with a reception, Wi-Fi throughout the hotel included, a buffet restaurant, and a bar with a theater.
In the well-maintained outdoor area with many palm trees, there is a swimming pool (heatable in winter), a separate children's pool, a sun terrace with loungers and parasols, as well as a pool/snack bar and a children's playground.
