The kilometer-long, wide sandy beach of Playa de Jandia is only approx. 300 meters away and can be reached in a few minutes' walk by crossing the coastal road.
In the immediate vicinity, there are numerous shopping and entertainment venues as well as restaurants and bars.
The fishing village of Morro Jable is approx. 1.5 km away, and the airport is approx. 83 km away.

The property, which is built in a terraced style and is situated on a slight incline, features 40 studios spread over 3 floors (no elevator).
