Location

The hotel is located in the small village of La Pared on the southwest coast of the island, away from mass tourism in a charming and rustic landscape. Thanks to the sea conditions, it is a paradise for surfers. The sea and a small beach cove are approximately 350 meters away on foot, involving a change in elevation and steps (swimming is possible depending on the tides, but not swimming out). Costa Calma is approximately 9 km away and the airport is approximately 60 km away.

The complex, built in a village style, has 103 residential units spread across several buildings. The main building houses a reception hall with a reception, free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, and a buffet restaurant. In the outdoor area of the complex, there is a swimming pool (heated in winter) with a sun terrace, loungers, and sunshades, as well as a pool bar.

The rooms are invitingly furnished and feature an open sleeping area and a visually separated living area with a possible sleeping arrangement for extra persons. Free satellite TV, safe for a fee, kettle, bathroom with bathtub or shower/toilet with hairdryer, and a furnished terrace or balcony (D).

Equipped the same as the double rooms, but more spacious and with a separate living area, plus a kitchenette, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster (B12).

Baku 2 Bedrooms

Equipped the same as the 1-bedroom bungalows, but spread over 2 levels (stairs available), with an additional 2nd bedroom with children's decor and a welcome gift for children, as well as bunk beds. Late check-out is possible depending on availability.
