The hotel is located at the beginning of Playa del Inglés, only approx. 300 m from a cove from which the large and famous Playa del Inglés beach can also be reached (cove and beach accessible via stairs).
Restaurants, bars, bus stops, and shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity.
The airport is approx. 29 km away.

The hotel has a total of 404 rooms spread over 7 floors with elevators, a reception area with a bar, buffet restaurant, and terrace.
