Balcony cabin

A place in the sun – or under the stars: The stylish balcony cabins (14–17 m²) combine modern living with a private outdoor feeling. The private balcony (3–10 m²) with a comfortable hammock opens up dreamlike views of the sea. A sophisticated room design, a comfortable double bed, potential additional sleeping options and a modern bathroom create a relaxed oasis of well-being above the waves.

Location

In the preferred apartment and villa district of Playa del Inglés, right on the pedestrian promenade above the beach with a fantastic panoramic view over the sea, lies this beautiful and quiet complex.
You can reach the sandy beach directly via the adjoining promenade in a few minutes' walk.
The popular shopping and entertainment center "Yumbo" is approx. 1 km away, the entertainment center "Cita" is approx. 300 m to 400 m away.
The airport is located approx. 31 km away.

Facilities

The beautiful complex has a total of 117 apartments, divided into six blocks, with a small reception and a mini-market.
Each block has a separate garden area with a well-kept lawn, swimming pool with sun loungers, which faces the sea and offers a dreamlike view over the dunes.
The pool in blocks 2, 4 and 7 can be heated in winter (all guests can use every pool in every block).
In the entire complex and in the apartments, Wi-Fi is available to guests (for a fee).

Apartment Superior Sea Side

The apartments, renovated in 2025 (approx. 35-40m²), are friendly furnished with a separate bedroom (2 separate beds), living room with sleeping option for the third person, kitchenette with refrigerator, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, ceramic hob, bathroom with shower/WC and hairdryer, flat-screen satellite TV and safe (free of charge) as well as a furnished terrace.
All apartments are oriented towards the sea and the pools, but not all have a sea view.
The apartments on the sea side are located on the ground floor and have direct access to the pool (steps present) (AM2).
Also bookable for single occupancy (1WM).
